Nutmeg whole

Nutmeg tastes spicy, sweet, and slightly bitter with notes of clove flavor. It is somewhat sweeter than mace and has a more delicate flavor, but the two are very close in taste. Nutmeg has an aroma that is piney with a hint of camphor.
